Vicki

Vicki is an award-winning educator, vocal coach, and multi-instrumentalist with 30 years of exceptional teaching and performance experience. Holding a BA (Hons) in Music Performance and a PGCE, she brings a rare blend of theatrical flair and technical precision to every lesson — a teaching philosophy built around breath mastery, body awareness, and performance confidence that helps students build sustainable techniques for life.

Vicki specialises in contemporary musical theatre vocal technique and brass pedagogy, and has worked extensively with students of all ages and backgrounds across Merseyside. Whether a student is working towards graded examinations, preparing for a performance, or simply developing a love of music, Vicki’s approach is inclusive and results-driven from day one.

Her track record is exceptional. She maintains a 100% pass rate for ABRSM entrants and has trained students up to Diploma level (LCM) in both Musical Theatre and Popular Music Vocals. In brass, her tuition covers embouchure development, airflow efficiency, tone production, and sight-reading across the full range of brass instruments. She also offers comprehensive Music Theory coaching up to and including Grade 8 — making her an outstanding choice for students working towards higher education entry requirements or looking to deepen their musicianship alongside practical lessons.

Beyond individual tuition, Vicki is a dynamic choral leader and conductor — Musical Director of the Rainhill Hi Notes Adults Choir and director of a variety of other regional vocal groups. Most notably, she led her award-winning #100voicesUnited choir to perform for His Majesty The King. Vicki’s students consistently go on to elite training and performance, with alumni studying at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), The Arden School of Theatre, and leading London popular music institutes.
